Ν. ΙΕΡΩΝΥΜΟΣ και ΣΙΑ Ο.Ε. «Metamorfosis» was incorporated in Greece in 2004 as an OE company. It is a family business, owning and managing specialised, custom designed holiday, student and business traveller accommodation. This is an extension of Metamorfosis Pty Ltd, an Australian registered company whose principal activity is property investment and management.
In 2011 the Directors of the company moved to change the incorporation of the company to migrate the company to a higher level.
The company is now incorporated as a ΑΝΩΝΥΜΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ (AE). The scope of the company now covers tourism, hospitality and property development.
The Company in Greece currently provides :

- Also with the addition of the Athens Studios at 3A Veikou St, the company now also services a previously untapped market in Athens, Serviced Short Stay Apartments. Since opening in November 2006 the apartments have achieved a 98% occupancy rate. More information is available on the company website www.athensstudios.gr .
- The addition of the Athens Apartments in 2008, at Veikou 3 has added 22 apartments to the lettable short stay business.
- We are further supported by the successful Athens Sports Bar www.athenssporstbar.com , Athens Launderette www.athenslaunderette.gr and Fish Cafe www.fishcafe.gr serving the local as well as the traveller market.
- The company is also developing a property investment portfolio which will promote Greek property investments internationally
